TERMS OF SERVICE & CANCELLATION Policy | PEtoskey, MI

If you need to reschedule your appointment, a 48 hour notice is required. If the appointment is fully rescheduled before the 48 hour window, the deposit can be transferred ONCE. If the appointment is rescheduled more than once, original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule the appointment. If rescheduling the day of appointment, original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule the appointment. Cancellations of any kind will result in forfeiture of the deposit. To book a new appointment, a new deposit will be required. 

We have a grace period of 15 minutes. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, or if you miss your appointment and we do not hear from you, this is considered a no call/no show. Missing your appointment without notifying us before your appointment time will result in 100% charge of service with the payment information on file. If the client wishes to book again, a new deposit is required to secure the new appointment. 

Due to high demand: A deposit is required at time of booking , which will be deducted from the overall total. Deposit must be paid within 48 hrs. If deposit is not paid, then unfortunately we cannot secure your appointment and your appointment will be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable.  Remaining balance of service is due, in full, at time of appointment. We accept cash, check, and credit/debit card.
